The playground – for children
aged 0-12 years - is a highlight of the park, including
separate areas for the under and over 5s and a large paddling
pool (open approx 1 May - beg Sept)
Woodland walk is a fenced-off
area that encourages wildlife
There are two quiet areas (the
sensory garden has heavily scented and dramatic coloured
plants and water feature)
Queen's Park has an excellent café
(Tel: 020 8960 6946), which you
can hire out for children’s parties. Plenty of outdoor
seating. Lots of healthy food, including organic baby food

In summer, storytelling or shows
are held under the big oak tree on Mon, Wed and Fri; Tues
and Thu there is a big bouncy castle

Night Theatre Group hold performances in the park
