Nice frock, shame about the birthday bags under the eyes

I’m either ‘ten or a hundred’ (thank you, my children, and I suppose the truth is somewhere in between), my birthday started at 6am with a bed jumping session, and my main present is a bar of chocolate. And guess what, I couldn’t be happier. Another year older, and I had to laugh at the card my husband and the children gave me this morning. Yawn… Next year I’m asking for a lie-in. Every morning for a year.
