What a guy - Ritchie shows his stripes
Bless him. Guy Ritchie has been stepping out again, clearly enjoying his single man status and girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley. However, he might not have counted on being papped in his PJs while waving said girlfriend off for the morning. It’s nice to see that he’s comfortable, but his striped night attire is a little more grandad than the gansta’ than we at angels & urchins blog might have expected. Though maybe he’s going for an ‘on remand’ look?
When it comes to dashing dads, we’re huge fans of the new Zade Home range. They manage to make the wearer look comfortable and stylish, instead of (sorry Guy) over the hill and waiting for his pipe and slippers. This is one of those situations when I ask WWMD (‘what would Madonna do’?) And I suspect she’d burn the pyjamas. Probably with Mr Ritchie wearing them.
Pyjamas or no pyjamas Guy’s record speaks for itself: Madonna and now Jacqui Ainsley (whoever she may be). Neither of whom I’d kick out of bed for dropping crumbs…
There are only a few golden rules AFAIC: take your socks off first, if your nightwear has buttons then you are officially 8yrs old and never, ever, never, ever, never have themed linen.
Especially Star Wars. Or Dr Who.
Anyway, looked at Zade and am not sure about the rocket PJs – bit Goonies IMHO.
Stuff for chicks:
Tank top & Shorts = hot.
Nightie = sleeping with your gran.
LucyM – I’ve just read that Madonna may well dye her grey roots black, so if she’s that dedicated to hiding the signs of ageing, I bet you’re right about the ‘burn PJs’ thing.
Mrshev – Yes, who is Jacqui Ainsley? I won’t even let my children have themed linen, totally with you on that one. Or themed underwear. But sorry you don’t like the rocket PJs, and thank you for the chicks’ night attire tips. Surely a post in there somewhere?
