The newly opened ECO in Chiswick is a store like no other with seriously stylish and functional products, 60% hand picked from the UK, to adorn any eco minded yet design conscious home.

We LOVE the felt pebble rug to massage your troubles away and the plush vegetable died alpaca cushions – just a couple examples of the elegant home-ware now available on the market. The store is not big and not cluttered but there is enough to grab your attention and there are some great gifts including a lovely beauty range along with some seriously posh cleaning products. The store also provides a consultancy process with a strong lean towards interior design to help you green up your home in the most tasteful manner.

The store itself is a shining example in environmental retailing, with solar panels and wind turbines, grey water filtering and green roof insulation systems. Backed by, among others, the actor Colin Firth, ECO looks set to pioneer a new way of thinking in sustainable consumerism.
