Homeopathy for the Traveller
Where to buy your remedies
The best option is to buy a remedy kit from one of the homeopathic pharmacies; details of stockists and offers available to readers are detailed at the end of this article.

The kits will provide you with further options of remedies to choose from as well as many other conditions which you can self prescribe for.  The following remedies are not contained in the remedy kits and must be ordered separately in the 30c potency:  Borax, Cocculus (included in the Ainsworth kit), Coffea Cruda, Petroleum, Sol and Tabacum.

Choosing and taking your remedy:
Follow the directions that come with your homeopathic remedy kit.  The idea is to select the remedy which most closely matches the symptoms being exhibited.

Repetition of dose:
If a remedy is helping then it can be repeated when the beneficial effects wear off.
If the remedy doesn’t help:
If the chosen remedy does not help then repeat it two more times at three hourly intervals and then try the next best remedy.
