4 March this year is the 13th World Book Day. Look out for five specially produced £1 flipbooks: two new stories by two different authors in one book, all for £1. There will also be a picture book for pre-school children. For the first time children can listen to an online initiative, at
readtoamillionkids.co.uk, where
authors will read their stories.
Mr. Nobody, an original Roger Hargreaves character, has been discovered by his son while exploring archive material. Adam Hargreaves said, “My father would be delighted that Mr. Nobody has returned to be enjoyed by new Mr. Men fans. He's invisible so it's no surprise that he's been elusive, and I am thrilled he has been found.” Mr Nobody is published by Egmont on 1 March, £2.50
