Festival Fun

Festivals are no longer the domain of the uber-cool or super-hippy. Purists may moan that they are not what they used to be (many now operated by the same company, Festival Republic), but the upside is clean-ish loos, well organised sites and a scene that even a festival novice with kids in tow will not find remotely threatening. Pack up your bell tent and your camping stove and hope the weather holds!
