Admissions Procedure: January entrance test for 7+ entry. Early registration advised for day places. Boarders recieve priority and can oftrn be accomodated later in the day.

Children go on to: Charterhouse (five minutes away) is the most popular, closely followed by Eton, and Wellington, then a couple each to Winchester, Cranleigh, Harrow, Marlborough, Sherborne, Shiplake.

Further Information: Successful, acdemic, traditional prep school, unassumingly going about business in its own way - a real gem of a school if you do not want production line education. Equally cool to be in the chess team or on the rugby pitch. The less sporty can enjoy model railway, fossil hunting, bottle digging, drama, photgraphy, fly tying, animation... you get the picture. Definite boarding feel to the school, despite the fact that day pupils hugely outnumber boarders.
