Further Information claims to be the oldest of all prep schools tracing its history back to 1645. Set in gloriously well-kept grounds with an elegant terraced garden. Boarding accommodation completely renovated in recent years. Wide range of the usual sports on offer, but also polo (courtsey of Lord Lloyd Webber - 20+ players) and fencing, the latter with streams of ribbons and cupboards full of cups for each house. Notably good tennis. Manners well taken care of and the school operates a fierce anti-bullying policy.
