The highlight (unless you are a diehard rowing nut) is the permanent Wind in the Willows gallery. Audio guide tells an abridged version of the Grahame's classic while you watch Ratty, Toad et al in a series of 3D vignettes. 

The rest of museum, founded in 1998 covers the River Thames, the sport of rowing and the town of Henley-on-Thames, England.
