"Everyone's favourite Ogre has opened his Adventure World in County Hall. This fully immersive walk-and-ride through adventure really brings the hilarious world of Shrek and his many friends to life!

The Tour starts with a wildly enthaustic and animated Guide who escorts you to the Tour Departure Gate, from here you are greeted by Princess Fiona who then sets the scene for a magical 4D bus ride to the land of Far Far Away. We grabbed our 4D glasses and clambered aboard a red London bus. Amazing state of the art technology, 3D animation and incredible multi-sensory special effects really make you feel like you are flying. Look out for heaps of other popular dreamwork characters on your journey including, Toothless the Dragon, the Penguins of Madagascar and Kung Foo Panda.

After the ride we all embarked on a quest to find Shrek. Our first stop was the squidgy Swamp, but Shrek wasn't home so we were greeted by Cinderella who entertained us with jokes and funny stories. We then walked through the Spooky Forest to find Esmeralda, a fortune teller, who helped us on our journey with her magical crystal ball. We continued our quest visiting the Poison Apple Pub, passing over the Rickety Bridge to the Game Show Studio. Here poor Pinocchio was pinned to a 'Wheel of Torture'. We all had to take our seats and try our best to save him by answering the henchman's questions.

In the next part of the quest we had to find our way through the Magic Mirror Maze to the Muffin Man's House. From here we then passed through to the Magic Portal where swirling winds and animation made you feel like you were travelling back home.  However something goes terribly wrong as we were then all captured by a witch and imprisoned in a dungeon. Fear not however as Shrek comes to save everyone from the evil Rumpelstilskin.

After being saved by our favourite Ogre we found ourselves back in the Dreamworks Arrivals Hall. My girls squealed with delight when they were greeted by a huge cuddly Po (Kung Foo Panda) and Puss. Great photo opportunities here with sets from Madagascar and How to Train a Dragon.

Have to admit I loved it and as you will see from the junior reviews below so did my girls".

"The Shrek Adventure was really really great fun. All the staff were funny and entertaining as they led us through a whole world of Shrek. We first went on an amazing bus simulator with Donkey driving us through all of Dreamworks famous characters to finally reach Far Far Away. There we had to collect strange items to make our way safely home. But the evil Rumpelstilskin was following us seeking revenge for the witch we accidentally landed on when we were on the bus. Throughout the tour we came face to face with Princess Fiona, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, a crazy fortune teller and the muffin man. I would really recommend this adventure to all Shrek lovers and fun seekers"

"The Shrek Adventure was outstanding with the amazing bus simulator a terribly cute Toothless from How to Train a Dragon, the pouncing Panda from Kung Foo Panda and the dancing donkey from Shrek. You will travel through mysterious forests and find princesses hiding away in cottages far far away. I really loved it."
