Karate Shotokan Beginners to advanced, tuition from with senior Chief Instructor (fully licensed and world wide respected with JKA organisation) children aged 8yrs+ and adults female and male, all abilities. An excellent way to get all round fitness, stamina, learn self-defence, gain confidence, poise and discipline.

Mon 8pm, Tues 5pm, Fri, 7.30pm Sat 11.30am (classes additionally held at Blackfriars, Colombo St Sports Centre SE1 on Wed 7pm and Thurs 7pm)
