
Our creative and exciting Family Programme includes free Saturday workshops for 6-12 year olds and their families, ‘studio’ days for teenagers, and free holiday drop-ins, inspired by all that Somerset House has to offer. Tickets for Saturday workshops are available from 13.00 in the Seamen’s Hall on the day, and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. For children 6-12 years,accompanied by an adult.

The silent character
Invent a story based on a movie theme, which features an object (The ‘silent character’) crucial to the plot. Design you own set for this special object telling its story, in this workshop inspired by the MacGuffin Library in the Wouldn’t it be Nice exhibition, Embankment Galleries.
