Mention the county Hertfordshire and most people’s first thoughts are of footballers and WAGs, but there is much more to it than that. 


For a particular village school you will need to live close to that village. In the private sector you can combine closeness to school with closeness to the station.


Where to Live

Despite its proximity to London, much of the county is still wonderfully rural. its situation also means it offers easy access to the A1, A10, M11, M25 and M1.

Cultural highlights include Hatfeld House, Knebworth House and Benington Lordship which has a wonderful Snowdrop Festival. Plus the popular Imperial War Museum at Duxford.
