A Mum & Baby 6 week course perfect for new mum's wanting to get back into exercise in a way that is kind to their body and mind (plus no need to source childcare, your baby comes too!).
2 classes a week for 6 weeks (Tuesday’s 1.30pm & Thursday’s 11.30am). A blend of pilates, strength training and low impact cardio to help rehab and regain strength. Each class has a big focus on core strength, alignment and glutes.
The group size is capped at 6 people (plus their babies) to ensure an intimate class with plenty of coach attention. Led by Katie Gray, leading London PT, Pilates Instructor and Pre/Post Natal Specialist.
