Compiling our Travel Awards has got us all dreaming of summer.
Here is where some of the team are off to. (Or at least hoping to!)
Beach babies in Portugal
LOUISE will be taking baby Luna to enjoy the huge wide sandy beaches of Portugal's Algarve. They will be based in family-friendly Vale do Lobo.
Sun-hat Villas have a good selection of properties.
Waterside in Hvar
JULIA and her girls are returning to Croatia for the fourth year in a row and this time they are extending their stay in their regular villa and trying out this charming 'non-hotel', Little Green Bay, on the island of Hvar.
Yee ha Cowboy!
EMILY and her youngest loved Jackson Hole in the snow and would like to go back in the summer - and maybe see a grizzly bear. A couple of days in Jackson (they rated Hotel Jackson) and then walking in Grand Teton National Park, perhaps based in Signal Mountain Lodge
She is trying to work out whether it is practical to combine with a week at the Paws Up ranch resort in neighbouring Montana.
Flip flop chic in Formentera
ANYA has a big birthday coming up this summer and wants to spend it with friends in a villa near the beach. Le Collectionist has some dreamy properties in Formentera that would fit the bill!
Heaven in Halkidiki
SUZIE is taking her crew to visit cosmopolitan Thessaloniki before heading to Halikidi’s only island Ammouliani across from Mount Athos. She wants to try the horse-drawn beach bus and see the UNESCO protected monasteries from the sea. Maybe they might get a few days of luxury in glorious Sani Resort at the end.
EMMAH has seen the Holy Island of Lindisfarne on the Northumbrian coast from the car window when going up to Scotland but never visited. This year they are planning on stopping near the lovely town of Bamburgh to visit the castle there and explore the fantastic coastline. The Old Manor, Coldingham, would make a great base.
CLAIRE is getting her far-flung travel in over Easter with a trip to India. This summer she and her boys will be on the south west coast of the Isle of Wight. It is a part of the island that seems to be getting on to people's radar, not least thanks to the laid-back charms of the Hut in Colwell Bay. It opens for the season at the beginning of April and is well worth a visit. Moules frites and rose done to perfection.
And one for grown ups ....
