Roald Dahl Museum
Crack open the Frobscottle, the Roald Dahl Museum reopens TODAY (just in time for Roald Dahl day on the 13th Sept)! The new look VIP experience involves pre-booked guided visits for groups of up to 10 people from the same family or 'bubble'. The three, multi-media galleries are a delight for Matildas and Grandpa Joes alike. Great activity pack to take home too. Guided visits run every 30 mins from 10am-4pm, Thurs-Sun lasting 90 mins. Pre-order a picnic from the café to take away. Tickets: £7.40 adults, £4.90 kids.
Discover Children's Story Centre
We were delighted to hear that Discover threw open its doors last weekend. As visitor numbers have to be kept low there is heaps of lovely bookish space for little ones to explore. Wonderful Fairy Tales and Inner Monsters exhibitions. Pre-booking is essential. Session Passes - £6.50 adults child/adult.
London Transport Museum
Next stop Covent Garden as the London Transport Museum reopened its doors last Monday! Buses, trains and historic vehicles are ready to be explored once again. The much loved shop and café canteen will be open for business too. The majority of the vehicles and interactive will be open but to ensure safety the All Aboard play zone and stamper trail will not be in use. Tickets: £18.50 adults, U17's free.
