Storystock @ Riverside Studios

Thursday afternoon sees the first in a new series of after-school events for KS2 kids (ages 8+) that the storytelling experts Storystock are running at Hammersmith's Riverside Studios. Come and meet Natasha Farrant, author of the bestselling The Children of Castle Rock, as she talks about the inspiration behind her new book, Voyage of the Sparrowhawk. There will be lots of audience interaction and the chance to ask questions and join in.

Paddington Basin is hosting London's very first floating cinema and there is a good programme of family films coming up including Moana (Thurs), Life of Pi (Fri) and The Lion King (Sat). London Mural Festival 

Get your walking shoes on this September. The inaugural London Mural Festival (LMF) opens this week with over 150 artists from around the world, painting 50 plus large-scale walls across the capital.
