To celebrate the release of the new How To Train Your Dragon film, Waterstones are having two weekends of dragon-themed fun! Kids can also join in with themed arts & crafts and activities, including a dragon egg hunt and a DIY dragon mask class. 16–17 February, 10am–12pm.
Head to Ace London Hotel this Sunday where families can enjoy emerging artists and new live bands. There will be soft play, colouring and glitter painting for the little ones and amazing music, friendly people and a fully-stocked bar for parents. Kicking off the first gig of the year will be Jetlines, a trio from Nottingham and Millie Turner, an 18-year-old singer from Hackney. Sunday, 17th February. 1–3pm. Tickets: £7.
Horniman's major new exhibition is opening this Saturday. LEGO-mad kids (and parents) will surely be in heaven when they explore over 50 models made using half a million LEGO bricks. We cannot wait! Opens 16th February and running until the end of October.
Catch this interactive rap musical that the audience help create, featuring live songs, rap stories, instant poems and a weasel with a serious biscuit problem. Saturday, 16th February at 11am. Tickets £7. Ages 5+.
